Rogue RML-390F Flat Foot
RML-390F provides a full Monster Lite rack with 30 inches between the uprights. Its flat-foot base avoids floor bolting, and the standard package includes J-cups and pin-and-pipe safeties.
A complete free-bar station for squats, presses and deadlifts, built around a freestanding rack. Spend first on the correct plate mix, a suitable bench and the included internal safeties; accessories can follow the training.
Save the build, remove anything you already own and add your delivered quotes. Freight, flooring and installation have their own lines in the budget.

Nighthawk offers seven back angles from flat to 85°, four seat positions and upright storage. At 40 kg, its shorter frame takes less moving than REP’s heavier AB-5200 or BlackWing.

Ohio Power’s 29 mm stainless shaft has coarse knurling, including a knurled centre. This 20 kg model uses chrome sleeves, bronze bushings and powerlifting grip marks.

Rogue Australia’s 90 kg Echo set contains six rubber bumpers: pairs of 10, 15 and 20 kg. All have 450 mm diameter and stainless-steel centre inserts for Olympic sleeves.

Rogue’s USA Aluminum collars use hinged nylon levers and internal rubber linings to clamp Olympic bar sleeves. The supplied pair weighs half a pound, with each collar occupying 1.5 inches of sleeve.
Starting from an empty garage, the rack, Nighthawk bench, Ohio Power Bar, Echo plates and Olympic collars make one complete lifting purchase. The RML-390F already supplies its J-cups and internal safeties, so those do not need to be added again.
If you already have a suitable bench, straight bar or Olympic plates, keep them in the plan and remove the duplicate purchase from My Gym. A mixed-brand room is straightforward here: the freestanding bench has no rack attachment interface, and the important bar-and-plate fit is the Olympic sleeve.
The 90 kg Echo set is a useful starting package, but its lightest pair adds 20 kg to the bar. Small change plates are part of a usable order for normal progressions. Lifters already working above 110 kg also need more total weight immediately; there is no benefit in buying a complete station that stops below the loads they use.
| Starting load | What is included | What to add |
|---|---|---|
| 20 kg bar | Ohio Power Bar | Olympic collars |
| 90 kg of bumpers | A pair each of 10, 15 and 20 kg | Smaller change-plate pairs |
| 110 kg before collars | Bar plus the full Echo set | Further heavy pairs if current lifts require them |
Rogue Australia covers the rack, stainless Ohio Power Bar and kilogram Echo set. Gym and Fitness supplies the Nighthawk bench. Keep the delivery charges for those orders separate until you have actual quotes.

The roughly 2.2 m bar reaches far beyond the rack’s approximately 1.24 m width. Keep both sleeve ends accessible for loading, with the garage door open in its normal position. The bench needs a route into the rack and an out-of-the-way resting place for standing work.
Lift inside this rack using its internal safeties. The flat-foot design is useful where floor bolting is unwanted, but Rogue specifically excludes front spotter arms and band pegs. Plate storage and smaller weight increments are worthwhile early upgrades; a cable machine can wait until a particular exercise calls for one.
