This is a practical first purchase for dumbbell presses, rows, split squats and smaller accessory exercises. It leaves room in the budget by starting with a short equipment list. If a suitable pair or bench is already in the room, buy only the missing item.
The 24 kg ceiling is the important limit. A stronger lifter may outgrow it on presses or rows while still finding the pair useful for lighter exercises. Start with a heavier pair when the current working weights call for it; this bundle has no listed expansion route.
The bench needs space on both sides, with the dumbbell stand close enough for loading and clear of your feet. Keep the stand and bench in their working positions while measuring the room. The bench’s published 131 cm assembled height is not its flat pad height.
