A hollow 16 kg bell whose outer size stays consistent across SMAI’s competition range. The current listing describes a cast-iron shell, despite the older steel wording in its URL.
Choose the consistent shell size if you plan to practise with several weights and want the bell to sit similarly on the forearm.
The drawbackCompetition in the product name does not establish approval for a particular event. Its large shell may be unnecessary for occasional swings.
