The RO-T8 Short Bar connects two compatible handles to one cable, with attachment spacing from 9 to 18 inches in one-inch steps. This purchase supplies the bar alone.
An owner of RO-T8 handles can add several two-handle widths to a single cable. That existing pair is what makes the bar a small addition to the setup.
The drawbackStarting without handles means buying both products. The hanging assembly also uses space below the pulley, which can limit the range available for a given exercise.
PRIME’s RO-T8 pair combines palm-shaped supports with swivelling cable connections. The handles work independently on cable exercises or with the separately sold RO-T8 Short Bar.
