Prioritise it when flat storage is essential after training. Its folded height is a more useful buying detail for a shared room than another adjustment feature.
The drawbackThe flat pad sits about 47 cm high and leaves a two-inch seat gap. Those dimensions can rule it out even when its stated capacity is sufficient.
