Arcadia supplies two adjustable 2:1 cable sides in a shallow frame with a pull-up bar. Its 32 trolley positions support varied accessory work, with standard output of 38.6 kg per handle.
Add it beside an existing rack or Smith for flyes, paired handles and independently loaded sides. The shallow frame is useful where another full-depth station would crowd the room.
The drawbackThe standard stacks can limit heavier rows and pulldowns. The upgrade raises nominal output to 49.9 kg per handle; buy it only if that extra resistance is needed.
